My Recent Physical

I had my annual physical last week; time to renew my blood pressure medication, and it was a real milestone because my blood pressure was so low that the Doctor cut my medication in half.

And that's not all; I discussed my history of osteopenia with him. (About 4 years ago I was about 2 points from osteoporosis) - So he scheduled me for a bone scan.

I have now received a letter with the results of the scan and I am only ever so slightly osteopenic in the right hip, that's all.

I am so thankful, and as far as I'm concerned, the proof is in the pudding with the regimen I'm on.
